What are you doing to make a difference in the profession, your community, the world?
I am a passionate advocate for the profession, leveraging my platform to shape its future through conference speaking, panel discussions, podcasts, and media features on diversity, equity & inclusion, and the pipeline. Committed to nurturing the next generation, I volunteer at both national and state levels with the AICPA and state socitieis. I also mentor students, young professionals,  and CPA candidates. I also serve as National Treasurer of Omicron Delta Kappa, utilizing my accounting expertise to give back.

 I plan to read all of Carla Harris’ books this year starting with Expect to Win.
